About the Photographer

Allyson Peake
Allyson Peake is a nature photographer currently based in Utah, whose work reflects a lifelong, personal connection to the natural world. Raised in rural South Carolina, she spent her childhood exploring forests and creeks, learning early on that nature offers not just beauty, but stillness, refuge, and clarity.
Whether capturing the breath of frost on a fox’s coat, the layered silence of a desert canyon, or the still waters of a glacial lake, Allyson’s images are meditations on peace, presence, and the profound power of creation. She approaches her work with reverence, aiming not to control the scene, but to honor it.
An engineer by day, Allyson brings to her photography the same discipline and quiet focus, finding renewal in the patience and mindfulness required to wait for light, listen for movement, and remain fully present in the wild.
Each photograph is more than a view; it is an invitation to step outside the rush of the world, and return to something timeless and whole.
